Baltimore City Parks
Patterson Park - Butchers Hill / Highlandtown
An ice skating rink and boat lake are just a few amenities found in Patterson Park, which is dominated by its massive green space of the same name. It hosts summer concerts in its restored Victorian pagoda, Halloween lantern parades, food truck festivals, and LatinoFests. Cozy restaurants nearby serve casual fare and bar food, and the Creative Alliance arts center has movie nights, a theater, galleries, and live music.
Federal Hill Park - Federal Hill
Any park with a view of Baltimore City is worth a visit! So we drive here often. We love walking around the park and finding a park bench to sit on to enjoy the view of the Baltimore skyline and harbor. It's an excellent place for families or couples to enjoy the views of the buildings and the tall ships, check out some history, or even work out. Or if you need some alone time to chill or read, all is good here.
Canton Waterfront Park - Canton
Canton waterfront park is not the largest park in the area, but it is a great little park! If you're in the Canton area, include it in your walk or run! It is on the waterfront promenade and has fantastic views of the harbor.
